iSub Assistant Manager is developed and operated by David Pritchard. It helps coaches manage squads, player ratings, availability, formations, seasons, match plans, match events and playing time.

Information stored

The service stores the email address used for authentication and the information a coach enters into the app. This can include coach and team names, player names and ratings, availability, match plans, opposition names, match events and coach notes.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to authenticate users, synchronise their data and provide the app’s planning and match-day functions. It is not sold and is not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Cloud hosting and authentication are provided by Supabase as a service provider.

Account isolation and security

Cloud records are associated with the authenticated user ID. Database row-level security restricts an authenticated account to its own record. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and user controls

Information is retained while the account exists. A signed-in user can export a portable copy of their app data or permanently delete the account and associated cloud data from Account & privacy inside the app.

Children’s information

The app is intended for coaches and team managers, not for children to create their own accounts. Coaches should use minimal identifying information for junior players and comply with their organisation’s consent and privacy requirements.
